Since taking over management of this car park in 2008, our team rose to some great challenges, but it had an interesting potential that we needed to work to unlock its full potential. Indigo transformed operations, notably by adding a car parkdirector to ensure the quality of the car park (cleanliness, signs, customer service, etc.) and a 24/7 team to sell monthly passes and permits for users who require in/out privileges. We use a parking guidance system (digital signs displaying the number of available parking spaces) and are in constant communication with the Hilton and the convention centre so that we can adjust operations based on their attendance. Dividing the car park into sections has enabled us to offer VIP services, thus adding value.
Indigo’s expertise has improved operations, the car park’s capacity and user satisfaction, all while increasing profits.
