As the first car park operator for this car park, Indigo supported engineers in the design of signs and operational planning based on the decision to open up the car park in two stages. We also designed and implemented the strategy to reconcile the needs of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal (daily clientele) with those of the Édifice Jacques-Parizeau (permitted clientele), as well as the traffic improvement campaign, which recruited numerous clients from among the employees working in the neighbouring buildings — Vidéotron, BMO and the National Bank of Canada.
Indigo maintains momentum, sustaining growth and customer loyalty. We’re always on the lookout for opportunities. We host around 400 vehicles featured at the Montreal International Auto Show and set aside spaces for manufacturers to get them ready. We maximise the use of space, ensure high-quality customer service and offer a range of services that add value such as valet service during events and shows, a car wash, charging points, and more. Indigo’s global expertise ensures service that measures up to the image of the Quartier International.
