Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is one of the three largest airports in Canada, which around 18 million passengers each year. Its 11,500 parking spaces are distributed among 12 car parks. ).
Since 2007, Indigo has worked closely with ADM to transform how the car parks are managed: reorganisation of the valet service, which is now smooth and efficient; implementation of a permanent “Jockey Valet” system to increase capacity to respond to large crowds (+600 spaces); creation of a team of mobile customer service ambassadors to provide information and assistance with luggage on the ground; development of an advanced customer support centre inspired by our Connecpark® system that processes all user calls and emails related to parking; adjustment of operations to be more flexible in the event of major works affecting airport access and more.
In addition to its expertise in car park management, Indigo also oversees the distribution of commercial vehicles, taxis and limousines, as well as the management and recovery of 3,200 luggage trolleys and crowd control stanchions for the airport.
These developments, along with many others, have propelled user satisfaction to new heights.
