For this car park, we redesigned and renovated the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie car park in line with the context of Universcience (technology, culture and ecology).
We’ve been operating this latest-generation connected car park since 2013. Our reception desk is equipped with interactive informational screens and a lounge area with Wi-Fi access. Charging points for electric vehicles (in partnership with Sodetrel), an area with reserved parking spaces and a number plate recognition system at the car park entrance.
The Cité de Sciences et de l’Industrie car park also features a premium offer from Distingo that provides comfort and benefits. Since November 2017, in addition to parking located in a private area, Distingo member benefits include a numbered space close to pedestrian access points, an interior and exterior car wash every 2twomonths and a direct premium customer service number.
Indigo’s strategy, focused on meeting high levels of demand in terms of reception, services, and the quality of car parks (safe, well-lit and clean), is immediately consistent with municipal trends. Indigo has been an active partner in developments promoted by the city (cycling expansion, resident pricing, decreased driving, etc.).
The image of quality attached to the operator’s car parks, as laid out in its customer service charter, is undoubtedly the reason that Indigo car parks maintain hourly attendance despite the significant reduction in vehicle traffic.
