INDIGO, in charge of the James Armstrong Richardson airport of Winnipeg, Canada

At the James Armstrong Richardson International Airport in Winnipeg, since the 1^st of August, INDIGO has been responsible for:

• Procurement of personnel at the car parks;
• Valet services;
• Employee shuttle services;
• Provision of customer service representatives at the car parks and at the terminal information kiosk;
• The management of crowd control posts and assisting passengers at the immigration declaration kiosks.

50 employees are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the five airport car parks, with a total capacity of 3,340 spaces. The Winnipeg international airport accommodated 4.3 million passengers and 115,000 flights in 2017.

This major gain further strengthens INDIGO’s leadership and airport expertise in Canada.
