The company is now the proud owner of its first parking asset in the US: the Hudson Tea Garage.
This 1,250-spaces parking facility is situated in Hoboken, New Jersey along the Hudson River on the opposite side to Manhattan. The garage is conveniently located to serve hourly and monthly clientele who live, work or simply enjoy the vibrant city of Hoboken. This asset also provides great parking opportunities for people living in New Jersey who want to go to Manhattan due to its proximity to the ferry service.
Since November 1, 2020, the Hudson Tea Garage is operated by the teams of LAZ Parking, a company 50% owned by INDIGO Group.
This transaction is a first step for our group, whose ambition is to strengthen our market positions in the United States in order to support and consolidate long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
