{"id":2740,"date":"2016-03-03T18:28:11","date_gmt":"2016-03-03T17:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/indigostg.brainsonic.com\/\/\/\/uncategorized\/indigo-the-urban-development-partner-for-the-city-of-toulouse\/"},"modified":"2018-06-14T11:36:32","modified_gmt":"2018-06-14T09:36:32","slug":"indigo-the-urban-development-partner-for-the-city-of-toulouse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indigostg.brainsonic.com\/en\/newsroom\/actualites\/indigo-the-urban-development-partner-for-the-city-of-toulouse\/","title":{"rendered":"Indigo, the urban development partner for the city of Toulouse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In response to a call for tenders issued by Toulouse M\u00e9tropole regarding a public service delegation contract for a number of car parks, Indigo\u2019s bid was selected, thereby allowing the company to invest in the city\u2019s urban development.<\/p>\n<p>The contract, signed on 1 March 2016, includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The renovation and operation of five existing car parks, representing a total of 3,400 spaces, for a period of 20 years;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A 5-year concession for a new 400-space car park near the future Toulouse high-speed railway station, which is due to open in 2019; this project requires a high level of technical expertise as the new structure will comprise two underground levels that shall be built above the tunnel of metro line A.
